I live in an apartment complex, how does pick-up and delivery work?
We have relationships with many Twin Cities apartment complexes that allow us to pick-up and deliver to the front office or concierge. We also have 24/7 lockers in many apartment complexes throughout the Twin Cities.
If there is no front office, or if your apartment complex does not allow this activity, we can meet you at your door or outside of the building to pick-up and deliver. Just let us know in the order notes field when placing your order online or in the mobile app.
